How to Ask for Your Prestige Academy Fees and Other Charges to Be Refunded
You must fill out the Refund/Bursary Pay-out form, which may be printed from the Prestige Academy website or portal or obtained from the Student Service Centre (cashiers section) in order to request a refund.
Make sure your accurate bank information is entered into the system and fill out a refund form. Please speak with your student funding Advisor if you are a bursary student. Please submit the form to your campus’s fees officer if you are a self-funded student so they can help you.
Fill out a bank information form and send it, together with any supporting documentation, to your campus’s Fees email address. Online bank information forms can be accessed through the Student Portal. The form includes a complete list of required supporting papers.
How to Check Prestige Academy Fee Balance
Below are the steps on how to successfully check your fee balance at the Prestige Academy Portal.
- Fill in your login details
- Log on to the Prestige Academy student portal
- Click on the SELF-HELP tab and choose Student I-Enabler.
- Click on Student Enquiry (Tab to the left).
- Click on Summarize Statement of Account.
- Your fee balance will appear. Click on FEE to get your full statement.
