- Candidates must have selected the University of Uyo as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Candidates must have scored at least 140 in the UTME (subject to change based on UNIUYO’s official cut-off mark for the session).
- Candidates must possess at least five O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings. The O’level results can be from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- DE candidates must have applied through JAMB and selected UNIUYO as their first choice.
- They must have a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND), Merit in Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or equivalent qualifications for their course of choice.
- DE candidates must also possess five O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.

- Online Registration and Payment: Visit the official UNIUYO portal, https://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals.
- Click on the Admission Forms Link.
- Select Post-UTME/DE under the 2024/2025 Academic Session.
- Enter your JAMB registration number and click Submit.
- Follow the instructions to make payment and complete the registration process.
